What is NECA?

The National Electrical Contractors Association is a national trade organization of choice for professional forward thinking electrical contractors who want to maximize their business success. NECA's primary focus is in assisting Employers who are signatory with various Local Unions of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in remaining competitive and profitable while at the same time enjoying the benefits of  employing the most highly skilled and knowledgeable electrical workers available.

NECA Chapters and members are committed to supporting and improving the communities where they work and live. They create and sustain employment opportunities with growth, advancement, benefits and education and they give back to their communities through outreach and public service activities.

Our members are professionals whose principal function is electrical contracting.
